Since 1 January , the Albanian-Greek border will be monitored by the Armed Forces of the Greek army .

The news published by the Ministry of Defence of the neighboring country , which reports that after recent events in Prespa , where a police officer and two Albanian nationals were killed during an armed clash , but successive attempts at points other narcotics bilateral border , Athens decided to send the army to monitor the border .
