The singer from Albania, Bleona Qereti now is living in the United States of America.
She is hard working for being the new "star" of the world.
After she participated at the movie with Steven Segal, she declared that her dreaming are coming true. She had a lot of success these years. But on the other hand she is tired of gossips about her that come from Albania. in her official profile at Facebook she wrote: `I am really tired and desperate with many of reporters. They are writing for me whatever they want to. I have never said that I am not lucky because of my nationality (Albanian). I love my country ,I love my nationality and thanks to them I am here now. How important is training ?

Your body is your life.
Training is very important for everyone of us. But before you start training you should know two things.
At first you have to sleep well. For example from 11:00 p.m till 07:00 a.m. Basing on some studies if you go at bed at this time it makes you feel more relaxed and having more energy.
The second thing you should do is eating healthy food. "You are what you eat" is an proverb. This is so true because you have to take care of what you are eating. You have to take the proteins and vitamins you need. It is not good taking more than you need to ,or less than you need to.

So ,after you manage this part, you can start training and making your body fit.
