The fastest Shinkansen train moving at a speed of 320 kilometers per hour , and modern technology has brought numerous rivals not only in European cities but also in China.
According to Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe , the answer is Maglev trains , which levitiraat magnets . Their function is not needed wheels and no friction , and the result is greater speed and lower noise. They can develop a speed of 506 kilometers per hour .
