This is what people have to do with themselves. First of all everyone is obligated educating their children.
What you should never say to them:
1.You are the worst person that I have ever seen.
2. You will never arrive something.
3.You are lazy
4.Look at your friends ,they are much more better than you.
So ,you have to let them believe that they are doing his/her job well. Making them optimistic and making them believing to themselves let them doing things more much better.
