The first heavier snowfall hit part of the European continent and caused traffic chaos.
Most affected are France and Spain. In some cities in France measured the amount of snow 30 cm.
Meteorologists forecast that snow will fall during the next day.
Similar is the situation in Spain where problems do winds. Intense snowfall is expected to have the Scandinavian Peninsula in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
